Sam Agolino – President/Partner
Sam was thrown into the restaurant industry like a father throw’s his
child into a swimming pool. His wide spectrum of experience started at a
very young age working at his family’s restaurant Agolino’s in West
Pittston, Pa. Sam has always worked and thrived in the hospitality
industry. He opened PAZZO (route 315, Pittston, Pa.), his flagship
restaurant, more than a decade ago and continues to oversee daily
operations. He says opening Bar Pazzo is a long awaited “dream come
true.”
John Tabone – Executive Chef/Partner
With over twenty five years of experience, Chef John Tabone credits his
culinary passion for food from his Italian upbringing, where at a young
age, family values and food appreciation were instilled in him. Prior to
opening Bar Pazzo, John, a Pittston native, held the Executive Chef
position at Glenmaura National. He also shares his approachable, rustic
cooking style with clients for his private, educational program known as
Instinctive Cooking. When not cooking and creating, John enjoys time
with his three amazing children, Simon, Gloria and James.
Corinne (Agolino) Salko – Controller/Partner
Corinne (Agolino) Salko, grew up in Plains, Pa. with her parents, Joe
and Carmelina and three siblings, Sammy, Joey and Lisa. She currently
resides in Shavertown, Pa. with her husband, Drew and their two children
Emma, Andrew and their chocolate lab, Cooper. Corinne is currently
involved with Agolino’s (West Pittston), PAZZO (Pittston) and Bar
Pazzo (Scranton), where she is responsible for the day-to-day ‘back
end’ operations of all three restaurants.
